Unity - the essence of team

Ephesians 4:1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Here I go again, writing about unity. Over and over in my relationships, in my counsel to others who are struggling in their relationships, the primary answer to these struggles is to cultivate unity.

Paul gives us great coaching tips to live out in our relationships.
1. Know what you are called to be and do and walk it out. Know your responsibilities in the relationship or circumstance and live it - no excuses - bring it!
2. Be humble, gentle, patient and loving. If I can live out these characteristics all the time, I would be a super man of God. I can, with God’s help.
3. Pursue unity - don’t take a back seat, lazy, it’s their problem approach to resolving things. Be a peace maker even when it’s not your fault (smile with me!)
