My daughter was practicing playing her guitar, singing a worship chorus. I was in another room and heard that her guitar was out of tune. I was tempted to say…“Malia, tune your guitar, it’s out of tune.” but I didn’t…thank God. Because a moment later I heard a little thought; “Rod, i love and receive your worship when your life is out of tune.” I stood humbled and heard Malia practicing with a different pair of ears!

When my thoughts or attitudes are out of tune, when heart strings are broken and the sounds of my worship are off pitch, the Lord loves and receives me – He receives my worship! He loves me, when I come to Him giving Him thanks!
