Discerning hearts involved in situations where lying, deception, calloused hearts, self centeredness in relationships exists, can be very difficult. When someone feels embittered, offended and lacking trust in another, the ministry of reconciliation can be tiresome and downright hard!

This is where Paul’s note to Titus reveals wisdom to our hearts to handle relationships wisely.
Titus 3:5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

It is by His kindness and love revealed, appearing to us, that God leads us as leaders, ministers and shepherds to be renewed and empowered by His Spirit. My attempts and plans to help others are futile apart from God’s mercy through the renewing of the Spirit.

Leaders, be renewed, refreshed and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Keep your mind, heart and soul tanks filled. When you are drained, remember Paul’s words to Titus!
