Last night at our LEAD Midweek service during worship, I sensed a pressing word on my heart…“There are people here dealing with thoughts of suicide.” I continued worshiping along and couldn’t help but get up to share this word with our congregation. As I asked people to bow their heads in prayer and acknowledge by a show of hand if anyone was dealing with thoughts i this area, 6 people lifted their hands.

I asked to meet them after service to share a Word that God put on my heart for them and to pray, anointing them with oil. They showed up after service and God revealed Himself – He broke through – He ministered to these broken hearts, bringing a renewed hope to live for Him! Tears, brokenness, laughter filled the room as we prayed in the Spirit over these valuable saints!
