To the church of Rodís heart...

Rod Shimabukuro

Revelation 3:20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

HERE I AM! Hearing this “HERE I AM” is life-giving - after such a despicable description of the hearts of the church in Laodicea. Lukewarm, wretched, pitiful, poor, naked, blind, shameful is among the description. To be spit out of the presence of God is spiritually spine chilling. Being clothed for shamefulness depicts the desperate shame of Adam and Eve - in their inaugural awareness of their sinfulness.

As I’m reading Revelation, my heart is being touched by the Love of God. I realize the themes include spiritual warfare, warnings of false teaching, impending judgement in the last days. But I’m seeing more and more, that God continues to reveal HIs redemptive heart, loving His people by calling us to repentance to be reconciled!

HERE I AM! JESUS IS...pursuing, asserting His heart of love, availing Himself for despicable me! By the way, it’s the church He says, “Here I Am” to. I’ve used this passage to call non believers to repentance and receiving Jesus, not putting the higher priority on Jesus calling His church into relationship!

So I hear the Spirit the church of Rod’s heart... HERE I AM...madly in love with you, I want you, no matter your sinfulness. So continue opening the door of your life, soul, plans, give Me entrance into dining, being, fellowshipping with you!

JESUS!!!!!! I love You!!!!!!!! Yahoooooooooooooooooo!!! Thank YOU JESUS, FATHER, SPIRIT!!!

Thank YOU ALL for pursuing me, loving me in the star I am and dining with me.

My emphasis is always “change and transform me!” It seems that Yours is...“Let me be and dine with you!” O God!!! O GOD!!! I thank you for knocking, speaking, calling, pursuing...LOVING and BEING with me.
